We workout our brain to be active just as we workout our body to be perfect. So you see, the brain is like a muscles which book is it's diet and writing is it's workout.

"Training your brain" refers to participating in tasks that stimulate and enhance mental skills such as memory, focus, and problem-solving. This practice helps maintain a sharp and effective mind, which may aid in learning, memory retention, and general health.

Just like we engage in body workout, the brain also needs workout by training it with games like; puzzles, word games, new skills, drawings, crafts etc. These are effective ways to train the brain and let it function well. It's not just about being in the four-walls of the school that the brain functions well, it does even outside that.

Recently, I have noticed a whole lots of games on the steemit platform which were never there, but the inventors of these games thought it'd be wise to train our brain. Thinking cognitively, playing out some games and getting focused in solving some problems can help us in learning and being healthy generally.

"Train your brain" is developed through some meaningful activities. That is why children are allowed to get involved in as much meaningful games as possible to enhance their learning, thinking and health.

We visit the salon almost every week to train our hair, our nails, and visit the gym to train our body, I think training the brain too would make it equally complete.

Many people think that when we become adults, our brains are fixed and can't change much. But recent studies have shown neuroscientists that our brains are actually more adaptable, flexible, and capable of physical and psychological changes than we previously believed.

During our childhood and teenage years, our brains develop and transform naturally, going through significant changes.

However, it is still possible to train our brains to adapt and change later in life and throughout adulthood. To rewire itself, the brain needs consistent practice of a new behavior that challenges it to think differently. Think about how tough it is to learn a new language or play a new instrument — this is the level of effort your brain must exert to promote growth and create new neural connections.

Consider a person who steals daily; how do you think their brain responds? It likely focuses on ways to steal even more. Whatever activities we engage in regularly, our brains adapt to them. This is why it's important to be mindful of what you watch, what you see, and the friends whose advice you follow.

It is true that some things are needed to make the brain structured and function well even at old age. Let's look at some primary elements for that;

Regular exercise: Research has shown it that physical active people are at a lower risk of experiencing mental diseases. You can aim at engaging in any aerobic exercise or any other exercise that could contribute to the development of your brain.

Sleep enough: Try to get seven to eight hours of uninterrupted sleep each night, rather than broken sleep in two- or three-hour segments. Continuous sleep allows your brain to properly articulate and process well.

Get involved in social interactions: We all know that stress and depression contributes to loss of memory, so getting involved in social interactions helps ward off memory loss. Engage with friends, family, and loved ones if you live alone.

Remain active mentally: There is not much difference between the brain functionality and that of the muscle, if you don't use it, you lose it. That is why engaging in games like word puzzles, reading, sudoku, playing cards and others would help develop a healthy brain.

Mediterranean dishes are advisable: Consider eating a mediterranean dish or any healthy dish, for diets play a vital role in our brain health. When you eat well, you think well.

In conclusion, our brain requires an intentional training. Whatever a person is surrounded with, determines how the brain reacts. Our brain is always active everyday but it can only process a good result when it gets enough rest, exercise, good diet and positive interactions.

The brain needs to be trained well for overall well-being. The brain is considered to be a determinant for other organs in the body to function in a stable manner. This why I see the brain as the key to being alive as living beings. Having adequate sleep helps to put the brain in a good state promoting efficiency and durability of the brain.
