“What should we keep in mind while going out in such weather? Also, what things should we keep in our bag for emergency purposes?.”

Summer is the one of the four season in a year which knowns for this warmest,its between spring and autumn .During summer the Days are very long with high temperature specially in june and july.In my country the weather is very hot and temperatures increased around 43° to 44° and its quite high. The last summer was unbelievable hot and you can't even take breath properly and lots of birds and other stray animals are died due to intensive heat.Usually the summer start from april last to may but this year it already start the weather start getting hot from the mid march.

Actually i like summer its hot but its one of thr blessing on God.So i really enjoyed summer activities and whenever you go outside you have to be very careful with your self.

• My skin is really senstive so i apply alot of sunblock and wear and bucket that to cover my face.

• Always use umbrella to protect your head directly from the sunrays.

• Drink alot of water and keep your sleep hydrated.

• Try to avoid going outside in the noon.

• Wear comfortable footwear which didn't catch heatness quickly.

• Always carry one or two bottles of water for someone who need.

Newborn are a new guest in our home and its a first summer for them thats why they need extra care and precautions for summer.When we talk about newborn babies the comfort and safety is our first priority.

Choose light weight, breathable and light colors clothes.
Formula feed babies may need hydration but breastfeeding babies don't need.
Use the fan or cooler to keep the room good cool.
Try to avoid direct sunlight.

During the summer period its essential to focus on those food who's rich in nutrients and help your body in hydration.Alot of food, fruits and vegetables help you.

Favourite drink.

I really love with summer drinks and that why i always try to make sonething new but i really love "lemonade drink" Its not only taste but have alot of benefits and perfectly fit in your summer periods.The tangy sweet and salty flavour makes this drink out of the world sometime i have craving of this drink in winter my mommy told me not to use more because its cold for you.Lemonade is riched in vitamin c and which is really important for your skin glow.
