The June contest #1 by sduttaskitchen|Train your brain!
Welcome friend!
How do you glance at the word Train your Brain? Explain!
Train my brain means recognizing it as a call to actively develop and strengthen my mental abilities, just like how I train my body through doing physical exercise.
Also, it means my brain is not fixed in ability, but it can grow, improve, and adapt through consistent practice, learning, and challenge. Training my brain reflects the idea of mental fitness that recognizes activities such as problem-solving, learning new skills, memory exercises, and developing emotional control.
Do you believe the way we train ourselves our brains react accordingly; Justify.
Yes, I absolutely believe that the way we train ourselves, our brains react accordingly, which I have to justify below.
Learning new skills like instruments or language helps strengthen certain neural pathways.
Practicing mindfulness helps minimize stress and improve our emotional regulation by reshaping the amygdala and prefrontal.
Negative habits can dull and reduce our mental resilience.
Positive habits such as reading, planning, and doing something creative can create mental efficiency and productivity.
To carry a healthy brain which are the primary elements that, we need to follow? Explain.

The human brain which is classified to be one of the most sensitive organs in the human body. We all have to engage in activities which can help with our brain efficiency and effectiveness. The phrase train your brain is practically referring to activities that can boost brain function and development mental well-being. The human brain only reacts well to things which it has been trained, a person who usually plays football is efficient and ready for anything concerning football, gaining agility stamina and accuracy in the sports because he or she has put effort for master the sport making the brain to be familiar with football. Whereas a person who doesn't play football has less knowledge about how to dribble pass or even score goals, this happens because the brain has not been trained as regards that perspective. Bravo my friend your article contains facts.
Our brain is just like a computer that handles a lot of things for we. It is good to see your response here, thanks.
