The word disability refers to a mental or physical problem. Disability can also be described as the interaction between a health condition. These mental, intellectual, physical, etc, and personal or environmental factors limit the ability of a person to engage in daily life activities and fully participate in society or social work. Disability limits one's participation in social activities, and it often makes some individuals feel rejected due to stigma.

It is mental disability that is more challenging, even though it is not noticeable; it is very challenging because people would know what you're going through. Mental disability can cause depression as many mental disability has no cure, and it can lead to terrible health issues, unlike physical disability, which is visible immediately. People would get to know what you are going through in life.

How can we encourage those who are going through a disability? Explain!

• Gather people with the same interests as unity is strength. After you have connected with people ot the same interest as you, pick a center for persons living with disabilities and talk to the stakeholders for support.

• We can do note machine equipment. Machine equipment would help anyone with disability to walk and reduce stress. Also, by doing so, it would create awareness.

• We can partner with Non-government organisations (NGOs) for support and awareness.

• We can donate food and other necessities. It is very uncommon to find people with disabilities living in an assisted living home. They need support as they find it difficult to work or do things for themselves.
