The practice of preparation makes it possible to protect yourself from harm and feel comfortable during hot outdoor conditions.

The energy benefits from whole grains, nuts and seeds extend over the entire day.
Jollof rice together with plantain remains my preferred hot weather meal which I pair with cold Nutri-Milk.
