Summer or hot weather comes with lots of heat and at such there would be quest to replenish the water in the body, therefore a water pack is expedient, you must try hard to stay hydrated at all times. A good water is a prerequisite as it makes you hydrated after dehydrated by the top notch heat!
Moreso, light or cotton material should be worn during the time. Black clothing's actually retain heat as compared to white or light colored clothes. It is important that light head gear would be nice too, a good durag or warm hat could do the trick. At extreme cases you could also use a good umbrella too

Crucially, a face towel or handkerchief for wiping off sweat at time of heat. Above all a good umbrella to shed off the heat of the sun would be needed to protect a good skin. A good sun screen lotion would be needed too. These are necessary prerequisites for hot weather. To be safe this period you need good eye shades to keep your eyes safe from radiant reflexions too.

Formally, good ventilation during the hot season, we must stay in a well aerated room. A good fan or an air conditioner would be best for the home for babies and elders alike. Cordially, cold drinks, juice for the elderly and babies too. Warm cereals and groceries should be important for such time. The heat comes with rashes.
Therefore, good powder should be available for the kids and adult alike to ensure they have a great time during the time being. The clothing's for such period should be light materials for the kids and there would aid them avoid perspiration and unusual skin reactions due to heat. Normal hygiene cannot be over emphasized at this time. You have to take hygiene of bathing twice daily and steady laundry too avoid infections and diseases.
We must try hard to keep soft drinks, more of special snacks like ice cream, to cool the body too. I would love to add fruits as it would be vital at this time to maintain fresh looks too. Fruits like banana, carrots are specially rich in nutrients to aid the skin maintain a good tone. They are main things I would actually do to maintain my skin in period of heat. Bathing twice a day while using good deodorant and body spray to stay fresh are indeed top notch activities for the summer. I love good juice most times fruit juice if some fruit blend would actually do good during such time to get your body nourished. Above all staying hydrated with water is something everyone must never forget during the time.
