Brain is a control penel that is linked to our bodies and designed to process information and the reaction afterwards. Brain plays different roles; coordinate actions (thinking, emotions, motivation, depression, sleep and memory e.t.c).
Question 1: How do you glance at the word Train your Brain? Explain!
The brain has different structures which are; cerebrum, brainstem, limbic system and cerebellum. Each of these function and plays different roles according to how you process information at the moment and how you intend to react to things happening around you. However, train your brain simply means that you should teach yourself how to control your mind to work accordingly. This has to do with engaging in physical and mental health activities like; proper meditation and exercise to put the body and mind together.
Question 2: Do you believe the way we train ourselves our brains react accordingly; Justify.
Yes, I strongly believe that our brains respond and react to things accordingly due to how we train it. The brain can adapt faster to the way we position it; mentally, physically and emotionally. For example; whatever practice we engage will definitely wire the brain to process, think and behave accordingly.
If you are happy, on pressure, emotional breakdown or mentally unstable, the brain will definitely reshape to that mindset and the body will automatically respond to any signal the brain is sending out.
Question 3: To carry a healthy brain which are the primary elements that,
we need to follow?Explain.
Brain function properly when it is more relaxed and in order to maintain healthy brain, we must embrace the following habits;
- Eat healthy and balanced meals
- Meditate regularly
- Try to be emotionally stable and relieve yourself of stress by having enough rest example; SLEEP
- Engage in physical exercise example; workout and creating time for hobbies
- Build a good relationship with people especially those with creative mindset
- Avoid damaged individuals
- Avoid drugs abuse or any substance that can damage the brain
- Monitor your brain health by going for check up
