Hello Steemians colleagues good afternoon and happy Sunday to @everyone

Morning Engagement

On a Thursday morning, I began my day as usual. I woke up ,got out of bed, and offered a prayer to God, seeking His blessings and guidance for the day ahead. After my prayers, I moved on to a quick workout, completing three sets of 50 push-ups and four sets of 40 sit-ups. I rested for a few moments, rehydrated with a glass of water, and then started ironing my clothes.

Once that was done, I headed to the bathroom to get ready for the day. I left the house without breakfast, eager to start my workday.

I settled into the office and focused on my duties. I felt strong and energized, so I didn't even consider eating.

Afternoon Engagement

At about 2:11 PM, I decided to have a Coke for lunch, not because I felt hungry, but just to put something in my system.

Afterward, I dove back into my work. At 5:12 PM, I left the office and made a quick stop at St. Paul Primary School to watch a football training session.

After a short while, I headed to a restaurant for dinner.

This particular evening was significant for content creators in Akwa Ibom State, as we were observing a candlelight vigil to honor the late Miss Emem Okon Jimmy.

I met up with other content creators at Ibom Plaza at 7:00 PM. From there, we marched from Ibom Plaza, through Wellington Bassey Way Uyo, Brooks Street, and Nwaniba Road,

finally ending at a field near Abel Damina Church on Nwaniba Road. The candlelight vigil concluded around 10:0 7 PM. Exhausted, I headed home, freshened up, and quickly fell asleep.
