"My experience during the COVID-19 lockdown"

How was your weekend? This contest is very nice and cool and I love it so much, the COVID-19 period was really bad and am praying something like that doesn't happen again. This pandemic affected the whole world and this is why the contest organizer decided to bring out this contest so that everyone can share their experience here in steemit.

Tell us how you survived from hunger and boredom during the lockdown.

The lockdown made so many people to stay at home end this made alot of people who don't work online or I'm the hospital and military, jobless. Doctors were still working because they had to take good care of the affected victims. I was indoors with my family and we were lucky to have so many foodstuffs and provisions in the house. Hunger didn't occur to us because we had alot of things to eat st home and when they got finished, we ordered more.

As for boredom, I didn't experience it that much because I was always busy playing PES 3 and I was also pressing my elder brother's phone alot though sometimes when there's no NEPA light I normally feel boredom and I will just sleep for alot of hours. I also read my books sometimes. It wasn't really a nice experience but am happy I spent those months well.

Tell us 4 ways you prevented the COVID-19 virus.

Washing my hands: I always wash my hands each time I finish making use of the toilet and each time I touch dirty things.
Avoiding close contact: Everyone were advised to maintain social distance so I wasn't going close to people outside my home.

Sneezing on my elbow: I began to sneeze on my elbows and no longer openly because if I have the virus and I sneeze openly I will easily spread it to others.

Hygiene: I always kept my environment clean to ensure I don't contact any other disease. Is really good to keep our environment clean daily.

Did any of your family members or close friends contact the virus?

Non of my family members and close friends contacted the virus and am so grateful to God for his mercy upon them. My parents were always calling out family members with their phones in other to know how they are doing. I really get excited whenever I hear that everyone is fine. COVID-19 cases were very serious in my country as more people kept on contacting the disease. Am happy it ended without any of us contacting the virus.

Ebola and COVID-19 which one was more frustrating?

The COVID-19 period was certainly more frustrating because it was longer than the ebola period. Nobody expected it to be very long and it was happening in the entire world for the first time. This thing started in China and the population of that country dropped because alot of people there died. I thank everyone for reading.
