Chicken roast is a popular dish that is served on various occasions. Chicken roast recipe brings great taste to the food with white polau on various occasions.

🍗Ingredients required for Chicken Roast Recipe🍗

 | Chili Powder | 1 tsp |

.jpeg) | Peeled Almonds | 16 pis |


🍗Some Preparations for Cooking Chicken Roast:🍗
Before going to the main recipe for cooking chicken roast, let's prepare.
√ First, wash and clean the chickens thoroughly. Then, add enough salt to the chicken and marinate it for 10 minutes.If you marinate the chicken for chicken roast with salt in advance, the salt will penetrate the chicken, and it will be a fantastic meal.
√ To make liquid milk, I took 1/3 cup of powdered milk in a glass and mixed it with 1 cup of hot water. If you make liquid milk with powdered milk and use it in chicken roast, the taste of the chicken roast will increase manifold.If you use powdered milk during the roasting process, the milk does not rupture, and the chicken roast has a great flavor.
√ For 1 kg of chicken, I took 1 packet of ready-mix roast spices. Pour all the ingredients of the packet into a mixing bowl and make a paste of spices with water. Then I mixed it well with sour cream and mixed it with the spice paste. If you do not use the roast powder spices directly in cooking, but use it in this way to make a paste, then the taste of the chicken roast will be much better.


🍗Methods for cooking chicken roast:🍗
After finishing all the cooking of the chicken roast, I came directly to cooking.
Step 1:
- To make onion fritters, you need to take enough oil in a pan.*When you fry the fritters in oil, the fritters will get a very beautiful color and will be crispy. In hot oil, I'll cook one cup of chopped onion until it becomes brown. Then I took the onion fritters in another bowl.
Step 2:
- After removing the onion fritters, I will fry the marinated chicken in the same oil until brown. At this stage, I will increase the heat of the stove, so the top of the chicken will brown quickly. I'll set the chicken aside after frying it until it turns brown.
Step 3:
- I put 1/2 cup of chopped onion in the hot oil. I added two pieces of cinnamon, two black cardamoms, and four white cardamoms to the onion and then stir-fried until a nice aroma came out. This is where I'll add the onion, garlic, and ginger pastes. I will stir-fry all the ingredients continuously until a nice color comes out.
Step 4:
- After grinding the spices, I will add the spice paste made from readymix spices and sour curd and stir well. Now, for a nice color in the chicken roast, I will add 1 teaspoon of chili powder and 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce to the spices. I'll then use a little water to grind the spices thoroughly. I will grind the spices while stirring continuously so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pot.
Step 5:
- After grinding the spices well, when the oil floats on top of the spices, I will mix the chicken pieces well with the spices and stir them well. The chicken will then be cooked by me by covering it with a small amount of water. When the water boils, I will add the almond paste. I will cook it until the water evaporates. Chicken cannot be cooked with too much water; if the chicken is overcooked, the meat will fall apart.
Step 6:
- At this stage of cooking, I will add liquid milk and some green chilies. After mixing everything with the chicken with a light hand, I will add the onion paste. Then I will cook it for some time, stirring occasionally.
Step 7:
- At the last stage of the chicken roast recipe, I will add two spoons of ghee and peeled almonds. I had soaked the almonds in water beforehand and peeled them. I mixed everything well again and cooked it for some time.
Step 8:
The chicken roast is now being served in a bowl. The chicken roast tastes great with white polau.
