""🕒 Hot News Time Master Contest 2025"".
1️⃣ What rule do you follow the most in time management every day and why?
I often follow the principle of the 80/20 rule to manage my time. To this, I often focus more on the 20% of tasks that produce me with 80% of the results. This principle, which I often follow, helps prioritize high-impact work instead of just staying busy without achieving up to 80% results.
2️⃣ When do you feel like you waste the most time? Why?
During task switching to multitasking. My constant jumping between tasks is what I don't like, as it does lead me to focus on importance and productivity. When I am busy without achieving anything, it makes me feel like I am doing a lot of work without achieving anything.
3️⃣ Do you have any effective time management tools or apps that you use?
Yes, I am using the following applications as my time management apps:
- Forest
- Todoist
- Google Calendar
- Notion
4️⃣ What is your most effective strategy for balancing study/work and personal life?
My most effective strategy for balancing study/work and personal is blocking unnecessary time and setting boundaries. I often allocate fixed time blocks for work, study, rest, and personal time and stick to them.
5️⃣ What changes do you want to make in time management in the next 1 month?
Increase deep work hours and reduce screen time. I do plan to set stricter phone limits and schedule 3 to 4 uninterrupted work blocks daily to focus on tasks that are meaningful for me.
I am inviting: @dave-hanny, @woka-happiness, and @vickyson
