The Diary Game: My Lazy Day Tales(08-08-2025)

Hi everyone, I'm Blessing Isong with the Steemit username @blezisong. How are you? I think it's the perfect time to drop my diary game so let me bring it in now that the night is still young and there are active users ready to engage on the post. I don't know if there won't be August break this year because this heavy downpour is getting out of hand, it's been raining non stop since morning and to think the clothes I washed some days back are not dried yet because of rain. I just wish it will give us a day break so my clothes can dry so I won't run out of wears.

I felt very lazy to get out of bed this morning, I just wanted to stay on bed till maybe tomorrow. It was cold and I felt the need to own as many socks as possible and even blankets of duvet too but too bad, I had none of these things. I struggled to do my chores when I got out of bed, amongst the many chores I did was washing the dirty plates I had at home and when I was done, I took my bath and went back to bed.

Towards afternoon when the rain subsided, I went to the POS center to make withdrawals and when I got the the one close to my house, they were not opened so I had to walk further in search of a spot to make transactions. I needed a little cash to prepare lunch and dinner, I got to a spot across the road far from my home and got the amount I needed. I returned back to buy things from my customer's place, she sales at a good rate and I like how friendly she is when relating with her customers unlike some people who'd keep a straight face like they have an issue with you.

I got to her shop and picked the few things I needed and returned home to prepare lunch, by this time I was so hungry and needed to eat something real quick so I went out again and bought snacks to eat first before I began to prepare food. After eating the snacks, I felt lazy to cook and decided to watch a movie first because I wasn't hungry anymore. I picked up my phone and watched a movie I got some months back though I couldn't watch it immediately because it was all over social media and I didn't want to see if from other people's perspective but mine alone so I began to watch the movie, Love in every word.

While watching the movie, I went into the kitchen and began to prepare lunch. I think I drew strength from watching the movie but paid attention to what I was preparing so I won't set someone's house ablaze. I prepared the meal as fast as I could so I could get back to watching the movie as it was interesting, when lunch was ready, I ate and continued with the movie until I felt sleepy and went to bed.

I slept for some hours and when I woke up, I decided to visit my sister. I missed my nephew and wanted to see him so badly, I called to know if they were at home but I was told they were in church and will return late. I suspended the plan and had dinner. Now, I'm here gisting you all about my day and might step out to see my friend after posting my diary game. I'm grateful to have you read my blog.
