THE DIARY GAME : 25.10.21 - Started this new week with a lunch order of 50 Burgers, then spent some time with my kids and had a delicious spaghetti for lunch at home!!!
Since last Friday my company got a contract to supply food for lunch for a big company in the capital city of Mauritius...
I am so happy about this as since long we've been without business because of Covid19!
So today, we had to supply 50 chicken rounders and I was at my restaurant at around 10am to help my team prepare this lunch!
All were ready on time and I myself went to deliver!
The guests were happy!
Back home at around noon!!!
After the food delivery I came back straight home and my kids were waiting for me!
Played with them a little before having our lunch!
Spaghetti with Chicken and Tomato - made by my wife!
I love eating home made foods...despite having a restaurant, I have much pleasure eating food cooked at home either by my wife, my mum or my sisters!
Moroccan Sfenj for Tea Time!
It's been long since I last ate some nice Sfenj!
My wife is the professional on this as this is a Moroccan classic snacks best enjoyed with a cup of Moroccan Mint Tea!
Have you ever tasted sfenj friends!?
Overall a nice Monday spent despite feeling a bit tired but I will have to adapt as everyday I will have this lunch to provide for the company!
I will be a little rare on my blogs but from time to time I will try write some posts!
