The Diary Game: Attending Child Naming Ceremony And Taking Delivery Of My Goods(17-07-2025)

Hello community members, how are you doing? It's a great honour to be here with you, I am a newcomer in this platform with the username @bendelta28 and luckily, it's my first post here on this community. I hope you all receive me with warm wishes, I'm here to update you about my yesterday's adventures though it wasn't much but it sure made waves and in a jiffy, I'll roll them out.

In the morning when I woke up yesterday, first thing was fine which was morning devotion with my family, seconded by doing my chores. After the chores, I had my bath and got prepared for church. I am actively involved in the church and that makes me spend most of my days in the church, it was our members child naming ceremony and they took it to a whole new level by doing it in the church. I'm actually for them, they've been hoping in God for the longest and finally God saw them through and it' s worth celebrating like every bit of them.

Normal service was done before the child naming ceremony and it lasted till 1pm in the afternoon, series of testimony was made and also series of dancing and jubilation. It all ended in praise and I went home immediately after the service. I was hungry for home made food even when I had eaten in the church though it wasn't much because if shyness. I don't eat in the public, there's this feeling I have when I do and won't be able to eat like if it were to be at home. I got home and had my bath before laying for a while to rest and went into the kitchen and noticed there was no meal do I decided to sip garri and rest before going to the shop to see my wife.

It was late afternoon when I woke up, I took a walk to my shop and on getting there, I met my wife gisting with her friend who came to visit. I left them alone and found a spot to fix myself somewhere, I didn't want to meddle in their conversation because I know how much women love conversation and might be disturbing them especially when she doesn't have friends who come around often. It was evening when the friend left and just then, our food vendor came around and I bought something little to hold the stomach for a bigger one later. I was so famished that I forgot to snap the food before eating and did when I remembered though it was almost finished.

I had ordered for some products to stock up my shop and it arrived very late, I received a call from the driver when I was almost packing and decided to wait for his arrival but my wife went home to prepare dinner. I stayed till almost 8:30pm when the goods arrives and after it was offloaded into the shop, I locked my shop and went home. I walked home as it wasn't too far from my home and when I got home, my dinner was ready and served.

I had my dinner and bath when I got home and spared some hours to publish some contents of Steemit community before going to bed. Thank you all for reading, until next time my guys.
