RE: Shortfilm: Molly Et Son Chat (Molly and her cat)
Ok I just realized it is only 6 minutes long so I watched it now. I do not speak French but it really isn't necessary to get what is going on in the short. It's cute, a bit tragic, and is also quite funny. Nice choice!
Yes, that is what the short film is. Seems as if the popularity increases. YouTube idea or "lack" of time or not able to focus for longer than 10 minutes?
I must say in short films like these one has to. It's short, to the point and if you miss a detail
Wasn't there a second language or subtitle? indeed no need to understand what is going on. I can laugh about it but I guess a part of the commenters couldn't.
Who says every film/anime is produced for children?
I don't think very many people actually do say this.. haha. Although I do really admire most of what Pixar produces because although their primary audience is in fact children, they put subtle jokes in there that only adults would understand.
This isn't Pixar but made by students if a film school. It seems to be a trend from certsin tyoe of concerned parents. Those who grew up with Barbie, Tom & Jerry, Johnny Bravo and so on.
With Pixar and Disney it's the same. The jokes are for adults and children watch with a different eye.
