Tuesday Anticipation............. NW Cascade Wanderings

Tuesday and with nothing special to do, but a sense of anticipation hangs in the air. Maybe because Thursday is Thanksgiving 🦃 which means Wednesday is a workday and then a day off. Maybe it’s the anticipation of sharing the day with family and also maybe it’s the anticipation of what used to be, and still is in my head, the official kickoff of the Christmas season! Nonetheless, anticipation is dangling in front of me like a carrot on a string for a rabbit!

I didn’t go to Bible study as @silvertop had an oil change on the docket for my car. I spent my morning while he did that and a few other around the house chores, enrolling him in the insurance for the new year and submitting some documents for mine, along with my own personal Bible study and some laundry. Once I got the car down off of the ramps, I suggested a coffee run to our favorite Starbucks in Lynden. We stayed for a bit and then went to the Lynden City Park. It was mostly deserted and peaceful. Enjoy the eye candy!

Despite being cloudy and a little cold, it was still nice.

That’s gonna be all for now. Take care and enjoy your day wherever you are! 🙏🌎🙏

So we must listen very carefully to the truth we have heard, or we may drift away from it. For the message God delivered through angels has always stood firm, and every violation of the law and every act of disobedience was punished. So what makes us think we can escape if we ignore this great salvation that was first announced by the Lord Jesus himself and then delivered to us by those who heard him speak? And God confirmed the message by giving signs and wonders and various miracles and gifts of the Holy Spirit whenever he chose.
