The food diary game week:41||My ninth fast of Ramzam Kareem spiritual growth ❤️||

Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my blog I am @sualeha from Pakistan it's pleasure for me to participate in weekly food diary game week:41 in #hindwhale community hosting by @jyoti-thelight .I love to share my food diary game every week in the contest .Let's share my food diary blog with out ado in week:41 .

As you all knew that The holy month of Ramzan Kareem going and it had great importance in all muslims life ,we took fast in whole day ,on today was the ninth fast we took so the schedule of eating entirely changed,we took two main meals for the day,one is Sahoor meal which ate by us before fast and at Iftar time we broke our fast .I also cooked dinner for my family as well .

Sahoor meal

Today is 9th fast of Ramzan,I woke up early as Sahoor time began ,my daughter also helped me that time actually the time of Sahoor were short ,I fried frozen parathas today with spicy minced that I yesterday night cooked specially for Sahoor meal .

I am trying to add youhgat and any fruit in our Sahoor meal so I had strawberry 🍓,my children loved it ,I never skipped my strong tea this time otherwise I never do my activities during fast infact the addiction of tea ☕....... ,after Sahoor we offered fajar prays I recited holy Quran and Sana then again slept .

Around 8 am my alarm rang I woke a d ready my boys for school ,now a day's final exam continue in school.In Ramzan Kareem my elder boy also took fast in fast exam preparation would little bit challenging to him 😔 😔.Any ways the whole day spent in fast noting eaten during fast as you all knew .

Iftar time meal

Around 5:30 pm I offered my evening prays and immediately started my iftar meals infact the different requests made by me in iftar from my family.

My elder boy would love to eat Star shaped nuggets,it's chicken nuggets that I made and freezed before Ramzan so it was easy for me this time only fried in hot oil and that's it .

My daughter wanted to eat potato bolls in iftar so I boiled the potatoes first add spices and fine chopped spices in it and coated with gram floor in hot oil ,gave golden colour in both sides .The milk with room afza and laminate compulsory item in iftar at my place.
After magrib Salah we all opened )break our fast and enjoyed the all yummy treats that Allah subhan Talla halal for us .

Dinner

Usually I never cooked dinner in ramzan but today my sister in low came at my home so I made masoor pullaow specially for my guests.

I followed my mother in low,s recipe ,the recipe is very simple done in three steps first boiled the black masoor( lintel) in a separate pan ,cooked spicy minced beef.

On third step boiled soaked rice in other pan and let a side at the end assembling all three ingredients lays one by one with green masala ax well .

I dish out the massor pullaow for my family and guests they liked and appreciated.Afyer dinner my daughter cleaned dishes and whole kitchen made tea for us .

Children enjoyed the original cheese it snacks gifted by her casan from Canada ,it's were really crunchy and fresh little bit more salty as compared our snacks but over all really tempting.So guys the day wax ended with peace and joy and yes blessings and spiritual growth in my self just because of holy month .I hope you all enjoyed my food diary and Ramzan Kareem activities in my blog .
