As I wanted to power up 225 liquid steem into steem power, I started by clicking the right mouse button on Steem, as shown below.

When I clicked the power-up button, the convert to STEEM POWER image as shown below appeared.

Then I typed 225.000 in the amount column and clicked the power-up button to continue my power-up procedure. Then clicked the OK button to confirm transfer to vesting. Next, providing my active key, I complete my power-up procedure.
