I am starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am very well. A great contest has been organized in the Hindwhale Community on food diary games. Today I will share my daily diary game (10-04-25) with you. So let's get started.

Morning Breakfast


Eating a light breakfast in the morning is good for me. Besides, everyone in our family eats light food in the morning. So yesterday my grandmother and mother-in-law came to visit our house. She wanted to eat semai, so I cooked semai in the morning today. Since milk is used in semai, this food is rich in protein and vitamins. So this food is very beneficial for our body. Besides, I also like to eat semai very much. So I ate semai in large quantities.

Around 10 am, food


Since a guest has come to our house, my husband buys bananas from a shop next to our house. A few days ago, bananas were ripe on our tree and a storm broke the tree. Then we carefully stored those bananas and Alhamdulillah today the bananas are ripe. So we all eat bananas and bananas from the tree in the morning. Bananas were very delicious and very sweet. Eating fruits from our own tree is a different pleasure.

Lunch


A woman from our neighbor's son had a circumcision ceremony. She is very poor but she tried her best to organize the ceremony. Yes, we all went to their house for a lunch party at noon. When we went there, we saw that they had cooked beef tehari and zarda rice for the guests. My father-in-law invited everyone in the house, so we all sat at one table and ate. My uncle-in-law was sitting at the table where I was sitting to eat. He doesn't like taking pictures and I respect him a lot. I couldn't take pictures of myself but I did take pictures of the food. I am sharing them with you.

Dinner


When everyone in our house is invited to any event, they eat very little food at night. So I don't have to face any trouble to prepare food at night. But today since we have guests at our house, I cook only rice and beef. My mother-in-law likes to eat beef, so this food is cooked. Then we all have dinner at around nine in the night.

Conclusion


We are busy with various tasks all day, so we need to eat food to keep our body fit and give energy to the body. However, we must eat healthy food, so that our body does not get bad. It is better not to eat all those foods which harm our body in various ways. So we should eat balanced food for our body fitness. Again, it is not right to eat the same food every day. This was my presentation today.
