Contest : Weekly Diary game | Week 17 of 2025 | Good Friday

On the 18th day of April 2025 I only did some few things because all my attention was in church, it was the holy week and I needed to go to church that day because that day was Good Friday, a very important day to be in the church in the afternoon. Walk with me as I tell you the full story for that day.

In the morning I was focused on my phone, I didn't do anything outdoors because I had alot of things to do in my home. It was a very important day to be focused because I won't be spending all the time at home. I will be going to church in the afternoon and I must complete at least 60% of my tasks for the day before going to the church to attend service since mass isn't done on Good Fridays.

I left the house to get something from someone and I captured a picture of myself in a very fast way, lol. After that I snapped the street but it wasn't really bright enough. When I got what I was looking for I headed straight to the house and studied for a while as I was charging my phone. My exam was drawing near and I needed to study daily till the day of exam comes.

I successfully achieved alot of my tasks for the day few minutes to 2pn and I started preparing for service in the church, I refused to eat lunch until am back from church and because of that I drank alot of water before going to the church with my younger brother. On our way to church we saw some of our church members and they were also heading to the church too.

This year we didn't do Passion of Christ drama due to some important issues. In the past,the youths in my church often perform a drama of the Passion of Christ on the road during Good Fridays before the service starts and this drama is also known as The Stations of the Cross but since we didn't do it, the stations of the cross was done inside the church just the way it is done on normal Fridays in advent.

When my brother and I arrived at the church discovered that The Stations of the Cross hasn't ended so we entered the church and joined others until it ended and the service started immediately after that. The church was filled with alot of people because it is a day all Catholics must go to church no matter what. It was a successful one and we all left the church quietly when it ended.

I was at home in the evening pressing my phone again, I started by replying to some important messages I received when I was in the church. I ensured that I don't allow anything to distract me that evening so that I can successfully achieve all my goals for that day. I started mining some ice projects like Callfluent and Seal send that I haven't given up on yet.

I ate dinner in the midnight because I ate my lunch in the evening after I came back from church. The rain started falling few minutes past 11pm and I was glad it didn't fall during the day because it will discourage slot of people from going to church that day especially if the rain is a very heavy one that can result to temporary flood in the streets.
