Today is Friday, a holiday. I am a little busier than other days of the week. My sister's son's arrival at my house has made things even busier. I have arranged a light breakfast in the morning. This morning I had bread with nasila and butter for breakfast. This is the first time I have tried bread with nasila and butter. Although I find eating bread with nasila a little dry, but mixing butter with nasila makes the bread a little softer and more delicious.
After breakfast in the morning, I complete other household chores. I try to eat fruit or something light every day before lunch. This helps to reduce the long gap between breakfast and lunch. Today I ate litchi among the seasonal fruits. Litchi season does not last very long. Litchi is one of my favorite foods. Litchi is the most cost-effective fruit among seasonal fruits. Its demand and price are high because of its delicious taste.

Duck meat tastes the most delicious in winter. Today I had a special lunch at noon. One of my favorite foods is duck meat. Since duck meat has a lot of cholesterol, eating duck meat is not beneficial for health. However, you can eat your favorite food twice a year by breaking the rules. I roasted duck meat with potatoes. It was accompanied by flour bread. My nephew came to my house so I cooked beef for him. I had lunch with roti, duck meat and beef.
After finishing lunch at noon, I take a little rest. I wake up in the afternoon, pray Asr prayer and take care of my plants. In the evening, I eat some sour yogurt to replace the heavy meal at noon. The probiotic bacteria in sour yogurt help us with digestion. Moreover, sour yogurt is beneficial for weight loss.
