How do you view the matter's of having a roommate
I am very much delighted to welcome you all to my blog today as I will be sharing with you all my view on the matter's of having a roommate.
Having a roommate is one of the most common thing around most especially in student environment, we see people agreeing to pay their rent together so as to ease the weight of house rent, but everything has it's own advantages as well as it's disadvantages
What really motivates me to write this article is as a result of what I saw today, I saw two girls (roommates) reporting an issue of one person bringing in a male visitor and as a result of that they both had an argument and nearly fought each other.

Having a roommate can be very helpful most especially in a school setting, as we all know that school can be very consuming (financially) and at some point we can't afford everything alone but with the help of a roommate they can contribute finances and sort their self out.
Also some roommate can serve as a positive motivator and I still take my example from the school setting being that I'm a student, a roommate can motivate the other to develop a positive attitude towards reading and other positive things that can be self beneficial.
A roommate can be a good shoulder to lean on in time's of distress or emergency, mostly during health emergency your roommate can raise an alarm that can help save your life.

Having a roommate can also be a burden as it comes with many challenges, it becomes very bad when two people with an entirely different ideologies decides to live together.
Some roommate can always decide to steal his or her roommate stuff, making the house to be unsafe for the other roommate to keep his or her valuable stuff.
Some roommate can be so self centered that they disregard the other and sometimes decide to treat the other like their junior sister or brother which can be very irritating.
Some roommate can be a drug addict or smoker most especially when the other isn't, causing the house to be uncomfortable
Now the most common;
Some roommate can be a fornicator while the other isn't, now this has been happening to my friend a guy, he is living with his friend and the combined money to pay rent but almost all the time the other one will be carrying girls up and down forcing my friend to sometimes sleep outside because he's unable to share the room with his roommate while with a girl (you know) and my friend on the other hand is praying for the rent to expire so as to pack out.
Some roommate can be a total rebel, kicking against everything you do, trying to rule over you and sometimes be sending you on an unnecessary errand like a slave.
All of this contributes to be the problems involved in the matters of having a roommate, some of us have been experiencing this while me on the other hand I only prefer to live with my brothers no one else because I don't want anybody's problem or issues

Having a roommate or roomie as some people call it isn't all that bad because some people normally have the understanding and even stay peacefully for years and the key word that really gives room to this peaceful co-existence is "Understanding"
