Contest announcement : We Are One – The Power of Humanity

Hello friends how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are having a nice and wonderful day, today I will be taking part in a contest organize by @alfazmalek which is titled "We Are One – The Power of Humanity"

It is indeed true that we are one and that reminds me of a song by Lucky dube which was titled "Different colours, one people"

I remember some years back our former president launched a movement that fought against the use of hate speech, because he knew that the one thing that usually starts a fight amongst ethnic groups.

So therefore a small act of kindness no matter how small could contribute greatly to global peace and harmony, and when talking of kindness it includes kindness in our words, actions with both people known and unknown.

In the past the greatest challenges that fought against unity was racism, yep we all raid about it one way or the other and how bad it was in promoting unity amongst people.

But in our today's world the greatest challenges we faced in achieving unity are hate, jealousy and pride. This are the main reason why we are not able to achieve unity in our today's society.

For example simply because of one thing or the other someone would just purposely hate his neighbor and what ever he or she does at the same time jealousy which we all know that a jealous person will never want anything good to come out from his or her victim.

And lastly pride, this is the one attitude that prevents a person to accept defeat, blame or sometimes even to listen to his or her conscience.

The Bible teaches us to love one another so the only way to be able to achieve the status of unity in our society is only when people agree to settle their differences and move on with abundant love in their heart only there will the status of unity be achieve in our society

Now let me draw your mind back to the church, do you remember that feeling when you are in the church with a smily face and everyone and anyone is being cherish and treated equally, that's exactly how our society would be if we all truly embrace unity.

It would be a very nice future for our kids because our children will grow up to understand that "Together we stand, divided we fall"
