Dear Diary,

After breakfast I had a cup of tea. Every morning and evening I sit and drink tea with all my family members. I have a wonderful time with my family which I have shared with you in my previous diaries. Since I have come to the village, my timing has changed a little because when I live in the village, my wake-up time is comparatively early so the morning work schedules are done early. The pleasure of sitting and drinking tea in a natural environment is different which you can understand by looking at my pictures.

Then I heard a hawker's bicycle horn and came out of the house. Every morning in the village, hawkers come on such bicycles to sell daily necessities. I called a hawker to stop and asked him to take my nephew with me so that I could buy him some toys. This seller did not have any toys. After much searching, I found a drum truck that was very cheap. The price of this toy truck was 10 BDT or 0.64 steem. He had all the plastic products at a comparatively low price.

Tidy way to farm house

In the afternoon, I went to the house of an uncle in our village. I like his house very much because it is like a farm house. Almost all types of cattle are kept in his house and many types of vegetables are cultivated in his yard which will make your heart happy to see. The house is clean and tidy, and there are various types of animals and birds here including pigeons, quails, cows, goats, ducks and chickens. Grass is not usually cultivated in the village, but his house has large grasses planted, although I do not know the names of these grasses. Perhaps these grasses are planted as a source of food for his cows. Let me know how you like this house.

Beauty of our village

Today I went to our river. I go here almost every day so you should be familiar with this because I have written about its beauty in my diary with you before. There were many boats tied up at different places in the river. I took photographs of it to share with you.

Smoke to protect the calf from mosquitoes

Looking at the above picture, can you guess why this work is being done on this hot summer day? Actually, here, smoke is being created to protect the cows from mosquitoes so that they cannot bite. This is how a farmer takes care of his cattle. This scene is a familiar rural scene.

Popcorn

Popcorn was brought for the children before dinner. It takes very little time for the popcorn to pop, so it is in great demand. The only thing that is added here is salt and oil, you just have to fry it in a pan on low heat. The funny thing is that my mother mixed sugar with this popcorn. Because of the sugar, I could not eat it anymore. I had dinner straight away.
