Today I am writing on a subject which is very important for all of us. We all want Steem's price to grow and strengthen. The strength of the Steemit platform is not only in its blockchain or technology, but it contains how we all take it forward. It has been seen many times that when the entire community united and participates in an initiative, it directly affects the price of Steem and its market value. So now the time has come that we think - what should we do next?

If we look back, then our #burnsteem25 is a great example. At that time, the community had taken a great decision to send a @null account to 25% Reward on every post. It was a kind of Burn Campaign, which worked to reduce Steem's Supply. Supply reduced reduced positive press on the market and the effect of demand increases. This initiative not only affected the price, but also strengthened the responsibility and ownership of Steem among the people. Every user felt that he was not just creating content, but is actively participating in growing the entire ecoSystem.

Apart from this, we have also seen Power Up Contests. Power up means converting your stem into a step power, which increases your voting power and influence. When the Community run Contests and Campaigns to encourage Power-up, the effect was that many users started holding their stem instead of selling their stem in the market. This reduced the liquidity of Steem and increased the price stability. The biggest advantage is that Community Members adopted long-term thinking and were stangly associated with Platform.

Now the question is, what should we do in today's time? In my view, we should start some new initiatives that will once again strengthen Steem. First, we can start a new Burn Campaign. It may be named #Burnsstem10 or
#Burnsteem20. Its purpose will be that every user burn some part from its post, whether 10% or 20%. Even if everyone gives a small contribution, its effect will be big.

Second, we should active the monthly power up challenge. Every month on a fixed day, we all power-up and share your screenshots. This will not only motivate people, but will also show how united our communication is.

Thirdly, we should appreciate and support those users that continuously power-up and burn. If Curation Teams encourage such people by giving rewards, then more members will be motivate. Positive reinforcement is very helpful in furthering any communication.

Finally, we should also pay attention to Promotional Campaigns. On social media platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord and YouTube, we should spread the awareness related to Steem. If we all together show the outside world that Steem is not just a platform but a strong blockchain ecosystem, then new investors and creatures will definitely come here.

In my view, Steem's price growth does not depend on just the market trends. It also depends on what we all do together. When we take steps like reducing, power-up and keeping the communication active, its direct effect is visible on both market and price.

Tomorrow's #burnsstem25 and Power-up Contests are proof that small campaigns can also have a big impact. If we start new initiatives and work united, then there is no reason why the price of Steem does not strengthen.
