Hello my dear steemit friends. How are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also well with your prayers and love. I am here with a new food diarygame post again, welcome to my new post, I hope you will like my post. Friends, today I have come to participate in the "HWC contest #163: Food Diary Game - WEEK -53" competition organized by the Hindwhale Community.I am very happy to participate in such a great food diary game competition because by participating in this competition we can share our daily food list with you.Thank you, @jyoti-thelight ma'am, for organizing such a great competition.Friends, today I am presenting to you a step-by-step list of the nutritious foods I consumed throughout the day as part of this competition. so let's start........

Morning breakfast 🌅

Breakfast should be nutritious and healthy.Thinking about my health, my breakfast menu today included dates, milk tea, and biscuits.I usually eat something light for breakfast.Dates are a staple in our daily breakfast. Dates are a very nutritious fruit.Which helps increase immunity.

I had a light breakfast at 12 noon.Since it is fruit season now, various types of seasonal fruits are available in our country.And it is essential to include a variety of fruits in our daily diet.As a result, there are various types of vitamins and nutrients that fulfill the needs of various types of vitamins in our body.So today I ate ripe mangoes at noon.Then I took a shower, freshened up, and had lunch.The lunch menu included potato dum, lentil dal, and eggplant and rui fish jhol.Every meal was very tasty and healthy.

I had sweet yogurt and fried Nakshi pitha for breakfast.Both contain a lot of vitamins that help our stomach digest food and also help increase our body's immunity.If you eat yogurt in moderation every day, your digestive power will increase.

Tonight's dinner menu was fried chicken and potato and potol jhol.I had dinner with fried chicken and potato curry. Alhamdulillah, this was my list of different types of food for the whole day today.
