Hello my dear steemit friends. How are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also well with your prayers and love. I am here with a new food diarygame post again, welcome to my new post, I hope you will like my post.Friends, today I have come to participate in the "HWC contest #160: Food Diary Game - WEEK -52" organized by the Hindwhale Community. I am very happy to be able to participate in such a great food diary game competition because by participating in this competition, we can share our daily food list with you.Thank you, @jyoti-thelight ma'am, for organizing such a food diary game competition.Today I am sharing my daily food list with you as part of this competition. so let's start........

  • Morning Breakfast 🌄

    This morning I woke up refreshed and had breakfast.The breakfast menu included boiled eggs and dates. Date and eggs contain a lot of vitamins which help in increasing our body's immunity.I usually eat nutritious food in the morning.Some time after finishing breakfast,I ate rice flour cake with beef broth.This is a traditional dish of our village.

    Ripe mangoEggs bhunaLentilsChicken curry with jackfruit seeds


    I ate ripe mangoes at 12 noon, then the lunch menu included chicken cooked with fried eggs, lentils, and jackfruit seeds.We had a lot of guests at our house today, so there were many different types of curries on the lunch menu today.Today's lunch was prepared considering all the nutritional values. Every food on my food list is very nutritious.

    I had ice cream and ice apple for my afternoon snack. Since it is the season of various fruits, we usually include various types of fruits in our diet.This fulfills the nutritional needs of our body.This is a perfect dish for an afternoon snack on a hot day.

    Today, my mom cooked beef biryani for dinner.One of my younger sister's favorite dishes is biryani. She loves eating biryani very much, so today my mom cooked beef biryani at home.Then I had dinner with the whole family and went to bed.
