Good day steemians!

After 10 tiring months, school year 2024-2025 is about to close. But before the school year ends, we still had so much sleepless nights just to meet the deadlines. And our usual paperworks every school year ends is making of forms for our kids. We had to do it fast because we had to beat the deadline. After the exam, a week after is our school checking of forms. Then we were just given a day to reconstruct the corrected form then we will proceed to division checking of forms.

✨ALL ABOUT THE SCHOOL CHECKING OF FORMS✨

School checking of forms happens before we will have our 2 months vacation. And it will usually happen a week after our final examination.

In the school checking of forms, our head will make a snall group with two master teachers and three advisers to be check. The following are the one that will be check:

• cards
• school form 10
• form 1 (listed the names with birthdays and other info)
• elementary forms
• Birth Certificate
• Certificate

Each teacher will hold one of those then the adviser will read all the infos including the grades. The teacher should be very attentive and must see to it that all the infos will coincide to all the forms.

We finished after 3-4 hours and our snacks was served. In this checking, congrats to me because I dont have any corrections.

After the school checking, I was one of the teachers who was picked on the division office. Yes not all of us will be checked but only random teachers will be brought to the division to be check by the selected committees. And good thing, during the division checking they also havent seen any mistakes on my forms. We just stayed there for 3-4 hours then went back to our school.

And just yesterday, I already surrender all the forms I made to the registrars office.
