The diary game ||Better Life with Steem|| A Spiritual tour
Hi friends,
I am Jyoti from India.
On the 22nd, we decided to go to Tirupati temple with our family. This time, we did not go in our car but booked tickets on the train and waited. But the train we were supposed to take was delayed by about 8 hours, so our trip did not go as planned, and there was a bit of a mess. We were supposed to leave at 8 in the morning but had to leave at 4 in the evening. However, everyone got ready in the evening and booked a taxi and reached the railway station through it. Then the train was rescheduled and was supposed to leave at 4 in the evening, and we joined the train at 3 in the evening.
We looked for our booked seats and sat down. As the train left, I kept taking as many photos as I could on both sides. Then it got dark, and I could not take any photos. One of the photos is of the Cauvery River near Erode. Since it was raining and it was the monsoon season here, the Cauvery River was full. There is a lot of water, and the cool breeze was very nice when the train passed through the bridge over the river. The view was also very beautiful to see. After that we had dinner, which we had prepared from home, and we all ate it together.
Then the train reached Renukunda station at around 12 o'clock. From there we had to take a taxi or auto to go to Tirupati. Then an auto driver approached us and asked if we wanted to go to Tirupati. Then we asked him how much it would cost. He said 400 rupees. I thought 400 rupees was too much for Tirupati, which is just ten kilometers away. We bargained with him.
He agreed to come for 300 rupees but also told us that he would take other passengers with us. We had no objection to that because he said he would take us to where we needed to go. And at the same time, we thought that he would be able to help us at night, as he would earn some extra money.
We reached the hotel we had booked at around 12 midnight, and they cancelled our booking as we were about 10 hours late. The reason for this was that if we had been one or two hours late, they would have waited. They said that since we were 10 hours late and the date had changed, they could not continue the booking. They said that they would refund half of the amount we had booked. With no other option, we came out again and took an auto and booked another hotel. There they said that it was 1500 rupees for a no ac room and 2000 rupees for an ac room. Since the weather was cold outside, I thought it was enough for me to have an AC room, so we took a room for 11500 rupees. Everyone was very tired so we fell asleep. We woke up at around 9 in the morning, got ready, and left to go to the temple called Kalahasti.
Kalahasti was about 30 kilometers away from Tirupati. We decided to take a bus and took an auto to the bus stand. Then I took some pictures of the city of Tirupati. While going to Kalahasti, I took some pictures of the scenery on both sides. A hospital and a field were beautiful to see. I recorded them on my phone.
After about an hour of travel, we reached Kalahasti Temple. This temple is very famous and is about 500 years old. It is one of the holy places of Hindus. Lord Shiva is the main deity here. It is believed that visiting him will give us great peace of mind and wealth. We usually visit Kalahasti Temple when we come to Tirupati Temple. After the bus arrived, we got down and went to the temple and worshiped the Lord. When people go to the temple, they do not allow cell phones etc. inside, so we left them in the cloak room and left, so there was no way to take a picture. After that, we stood in the queue and had darshan of the God and came back.

We returned from there at around five o'clock and boarded another bus to reach the room. The next day, we had to go to the Tirumala temple in Tirupati. The first day of our spiritual journey was delightful.

Greetings, friend @jyoti-thelight. Sometimes things don't go as planned and inconveniences arise, like the ones you encountered. You had planned to attend Tirupati Temple with your family. The trip was scheduled for 8:00 a.m. on a train that was delayed eight hours, causing inconveniences. The train's departure, scheduled for 8:00 a.m., had to be rescheduled for 4:00 p.m.
Your train trip with your family was very interesting. It allowed you to enjoy the beautiful scenery and capture gorgeous images of the Cauvery River. Due to the recent rains, the river was swollen, there was a lot of water, and a pleasant breeze entered the train windows as you crossed the bridge over the river.
The train arrived a little late at the terminal station, and there you were able to find a taxi to take you to Tirupati Temple. It was a truly stimulating and recreational trip, which allowed me to enjoy your journey through the images you showed in your post.
Congratulations and I wish you much success.
