RESIN ART—How to Make Keychain with Resin

Resin is a liquid chemical. When a hardener is added to it, the two combine to form a solid material like glass. The resulting material is a key chain, a flower vase, and decorative items. So today I am going to guide you how to make a keychain using resin.

To make this keychain, we first need a mold. Since I am making a key chain with alphabets, I took alphabet molds for it.

REQUIRED MATERIALS

Step1 :

First, take the required amount of resin, then mix it with half of its amount of hot nagar, i.e., it should be in a ratio of 2:1.

Step 2 :

Mix it well for five minutes and if necessary, separate it and mix the required colors. For this kitchen, I mixed one color by adding one clear color and the other blue.

Step 3 :

Take an alphabet mold and place small stuffed animals in it or you can also put glitter or beads in it.

Step 4 :

Then pour the mixed resin onto the letters you want. I mixed two or three colors of resin here and poured them into the molds with the respective letters. After applying it, it takes 24 hours to become solid, so let it dry for 24 hours.

Step 5 :

The next day, i.e. after 24 hours, if you touch the resin in the mold, it will have become solid. Then remove them from the mold and set them aside.

Step 6 :

There will be a hole in the mold to attach the key chain to it. If not, you can make a hole with a drill. Thus, I have collected all the letters that I used to greet each day. Now I am going to explain how to chain a letter.

Step 7 :

Take a letter that has been cast on a string and keep it separate. Then, select the words related to it to add to it. Take the letters needed for it and keep them separate. Then, take some wire and beads needed for it.

Step 8 :

First, take the wire and insert a Beats and then connect the other letters. Since I took the letter D, I had chosen the letters according to the word Dream, which starts with the letter D.

Step 9 :

After adding the word Dreams, add a bell and a tassel at the end.

Step 9 :

Now take the kitchen ring and connect this wire through the chain in it and twist it well.

Step 10 :

Now attach that key chain to the resin letter.

Now a beautiful T-shaped kitchen is ready, which you can gift to your close relatives or friends.
