Today I am going to join the SLC-S24/W2 Chocolate Cake Challenge. Actually, I liked this competition a lot. Because I really like participating in these challenges. Moreover, I like making different types of recipes a lot. Among them, cakes are my favorite. Chocolate cakes are even more fun. That's why I also sat down to make a chocolate cake. However, today's cake is specially made with chocolate biscuits. That's why I think that making this chocolate cake with chocolate biscuits is very special. Moreover, I had a new experience in making it which I really liked. Especially after making the cake and eating it, I liked it a lot. You can tell me a very fun recipe. First, I separated the cream inside the biscuits from the biscuits. Here, I took both the chocolate biscuits and the cream into separate bowls.
Then I took these biscuits and put them in a blender. Then I blended them and turned them into powder.
Then I broke an egg into a bowl and separated the yolk from the white. In between, I mixed it well with salt and sugar for a while.
Then I added some oil to it. Then I added egg yolk and mixed it well.
Then I added liquid milk and mixed it well.
Then I slowly mixed in some flour and baking powder.
Then I added the biscuit powder to this mixture. Then I started mixing the mixture little by little.
Then I mixed this mixture very well.
Then I first brushed oil on a cake mold. Then I poured the entire cake mixture into the mold.
Then I put a pan on the stove. In it, I took some sand. Then I sat on a stand on it and heated it for a while. Then I put the cake mold inside the pan. Then I covered it with a lid and put it in the stove for a while to cook.
After a long time, I opened the lid and saw that the cake was done. When the cake was done, I took it out of the oven.
Then I took some liquid milk, cream, and chocolate.
Then I put a pan on the stove. In the meantime, I added the milk and cream to the chocolates.
This way, I'll put it on the stove, heat it up a little bit, and then stir it to make a chocolate ganache.
Then I will decorate the cake beautifully with the prepared chocolate ganache. Then I will put it in the fridge for a while to set.
