The Diary game. Chirping Mornings and Tireless Evenings: A Day Spent Safeguarding the Orchards

Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.

There is a blackbird that starts chirping right before the morning prayer begins, and that chirping usually acts as a natural alarm for me, helping me get up very early and start my day by offering the morning prayers. As the spring season is ongoing and we are experiencing some warm spring days, the bird usually sits outside my room, and its chirping is quite melodious and really helps people get up and start their day early. Today again, I got up early in the morning. Now that the windy days are gone and spring is here, the season brings a lot of activities to be done for a productive year ahead. Farming begins in this season, and it’s a time when farmers need to be vigilant to ensure a good yield, both in agriculture and horticulture, here in the valley of Kashmir. As it was a holiday today, I started my day by offering the morning prayers, then headed back home, did some physical exercises to stay fit and dedicate time to my health, and after watering the lawn, I had my breakfast.

Today I had some important tasks on hand, like spraying pesticides in the orchards situated in and around the village I live in, so as to make maximum use of the holiday and ensure that the pesticides are sprayed on time as per the schedule provided by the horticulture department of the valley. Here, I must mention that with every increase in the species and varieties of fruits introduced in this valley, farmers require more and more pesticides to protect their produce. New and previously unknown diseases have started affecting our crops over the last few years. The possible reason for such diseases is the introduction of new crop species imported from different parts of the world. As a result, our economy is badly affected, and the net profit that a farmer earns at the end of the year is quite low, which discourages many people.

Today, as I had set the target of completing the spring pesticide spraying in all the orchards in and around my village to be free next week, I had to sacrifice the trip I had planned with my friends. Since it’s quite important to work during these days of the year to ensure a good crop at the end of the season, as I’ve already mentioned above, I managed to convince my friends to change their plan of going on a trip to a health resort in our valley. Anyways, when it comes to responsibilities, priorities matter more, and such things have to be sacrificed.

It was very late in the day when I finished my job, and it was quite satisfying for me. Now we are left with only a few orchards to be sprayed with pesticides in a couple of days, and most of the work that needed to be completed within this short period was already covered by me today. This entire task requires a motor pump, which has to be carried to all these places and is quite difficult most of the time. After finishing my job late in the day, I returned home, took some rest, got fresh, and then spared some time to go to the village market—not only to meet my friends there but also to buy some products. It was quite a productive day for me for that reason, and I was satisfied with the amount of work I did. Later, upon returning, I had my dinner and went to sleep a little earlier than usual because I was tired and needed some rest to refresh.

It was all about my day.Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
