The Diary game. A Day Rooted in Routine, Faith, and Friendship

Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.

I got up early in the morning, as I have a good habit of rising early—even against my will. Sometimes I wish to sleep a little longer, but the early morning sunlight doesn’t let me sleep anymore, as I get irritated by the light that falls on my eyes. More than anything else, it’s the light that can wake me up from the deepest of sleeps. As I got up, I went straightaway to perform ablution to purify myself for the morning prayers, which I was going to offer in the nearby mosque located a stone’s throw from my house. After I was done with making supplications and paying gratitude to the Almighty, I returned home and immediately got into my usual work of removing weeds from the lawn, watering it, and doing other maintenance tasks, as I am quite enthusiastic about maintaining the aesthetics of my house. I love places being neat and clean, and I play a significant role in ensuring that at my place. After I was done with the lawn work, I did some exercise to burn extra calories and make sure I stayed fit throughout the day and faced every challenge with a positive attitude. Exercising early in the morning is always helpful for me, and as it has been rightly said, a sound body contains a sound mind—and that’s true for me as well. After I was done with all my morning chores, I had breakfast together with my parents, after which I got ready for the office, which is located at a distance of about 9 km. It only takes me 15 to 20 minutes to reach there, and thus, I leave at around 9:30 AM to reach by 10.

Today again, it was a usual workday at the office. I had to reconcile some statements and submit information to the district administration regarding the 14th Finance Commission. As I have some additional charge related to MGNREGA, for which I had already asked the staff to report to the office, I had to finish all the assignments concerning the scheme. It took me the entire day to complete the tasks, and later in the day, at around 3:30 PM, after getting consent from my boss, I left the office to reach home and then headed to one of my orchards to spray some pesticide, as a fungus had already attacked the fruits. To avoid any further damage to the crop, I needed to apply the pesticide well in time.

During the day, I also attended the congregational prayers at the grand mosque of the village. It’s an obligation and quite a blessed occasion to be part of the congregational prayers, as it’s not only an opportunity to pray together but also to meet people in one place, which strengthens our bonds and fosters peace in society.

Later in the day, I was quite exhausted and headed back home from the orchard. After freshening up, I took a nap to get some relief and recharge myself. In the evening, I went to one of my friend’s shops to buy some groceries, where I met some of my old friends who usually gather there and spend time together. I also spent some good quality time with my friends, shared some snacks with them, and later in the day, at around 9:15 PM, I returned home. As I reached home, dinner had already been served, and I straightaway joined the family. Later, at around 11:30 PM, I went to sleep and called it a day.

It was all about my day.Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
