The Diary game. A Day of Duty, Nature, and Simple Joys

Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.

I got up early in the morning as I have a good habit of rising early, and it’s because of the chirping of birds that come onto the window of my room and make sounds that actually annoy me early in the morning. Otherwise, the sound is quite pleasing, but at this time, it seems very annoying, and it actually helps me get up. Straight away after getting up, I performed ablution and prayers in the nearby mosque. After I was done making supplications and paying gratitude to the Almighty, I returned home and got into some household tasks, maintaining the aesthetics of my house, like removing the wheels from the lawn, watering the lawn, and cleaning the lane that leads to my house. After all these chores, I did some exercises to help myself remain fit and agile throughout the day and to burn calories, which otherwise can prove to be harmful in the long run. After I was done with all these morning chores, I had my breakfast together with my parents, who were waiting for me in the dining room early in the morning. Quickly after I was done with breakfast, I got ready for office, and today again, I had to visit a village located at the periphery of our block.

Today, we had important work of verifying the forms that people had submitted on their own for the PMAY housing scheme, under which the government provides safe shelter for those who are homeless or have very limited space to live in. Taking into consideration the importance of the scheme and the desperation of people who need financial support from the government to realize their dream of living in a safe home, we couldn’t stop ourselves and were very quick to respond to the directions from the administrative department to corroborate the entries they had made in their forms online. While carrying out our official work in the village, we got an opportunity to visit the famous Nilnag Lake, which contains blue water and is thus called Nilnag—‘Nil’ means blue, and ‘Nag’ means pond.

It’s a beautiful lake that offers a peaceful escape from the commotion of life, and as we didn’t have much time to spend there, we had to quickly return to our job and resume verifying the cases. It was around 4 PM when we completed our work for the day and returned home. Meanwhile, we couldn’t even finish one-fourth of the cases because the village is spread out and located in very tough terrain, requiring us to walk on foot from one corner to another while verifying the cases. Later in the day, I returned home quite exhausted and thirsty. Upon reaching my place, I freshened up, and after having a cup of tea, I took some rest before resuming my household chores. Later in the day, I had to install a water pump at the nearest stream to lift some water for the kitchen garden.

Very late in the day, I had my dinner at around 10 PM, after which I watched TV for a while, and then went to sleep at around 11:30 PM, after having a chat with my friends on social media.

It was all about my day.Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
