The Diary game. A Day Between Orchard Work and Village Life
Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.
I got a bit slow in the morning, although I have a good habit of rising early without any hesitation. I kicked myself out of bed and purified myself for the morning prayers, which I usually offer at the nearby mosque, just a stone’s throw from my house. Today again, I did the same. My help came from the birds who started chirping at the open window, so they didn’t let me sleep anymore. I got up, performed ablution to purify myself, and then went to offer the prayers in the nearby mosque. I spent around an hour in the mosque, making a divine connection with Allah, paying Him gratitude, and asking for His blessings.
After returning, I went straight to do some gardening at my house. I watered the plants, removed the weeds, and also placed the flowerpots in their appropriate places. I watered all these plants, and due to the summer heat, they need to be watered twice a day—early in the morning by me and later by other family members—because I am out on duty and hardly get any time to do the same.
After I was done with the gardening work, I did some physical exercise in the same lot to make myself agile and also to burn some calories, which I usually consume in large quantities as we have a different lifestyle and calorie intake. After finishing my morning routine, I had breakfast together with my parents, who were waiting for me in the dining room to come and join them.
After having breakfast, I got ready for some household work that my mother had already assigned me, as today was a holiday and I didn’t need to go to the office. My mother had already made a plan in her mind to keep me occupied. Today again, we had to go to Ama Orchard, where we had to pick up apricots. It wasn’t a huge job today because most of the fruit had been picked a few days back, and now only a portion was left. It took me more than two hours to pick them up, as they had to be plucked from the upper branches of the trees and carried to the shed where we packed them into apricot boxes.
Later in the day, I went to another orchard where I had to make a routine visit to check if the apples were in good health and whether there was any need for spraying or watering. Upon finishing my job, I saw the youth of the village playing volleyball nearby, and I got quite interested, being a fan of volleyball since my childhood. I couldn’t stop myself and asked them to let me join in. They didn’t resist and allowed me to play in the game. I enjoyed the volleyball and later returned home, took a nap, and then went to the main market of the village. I had to buy some groceries and also got an opportunity to meet my friends who usually gather there in the evenings. These evenings become quite memorable when we all sit together at one of our friend’s shops and make it a fun and memorable time.
Later in the day, at around 8:50 PM, I returned home, after which we had our dinner, and it was around 11:30 PM when I went to sleep and called it a day.
It was all about my day.Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
