Let's do some creativity- WEEK 15 (unmasking creativity through art)
Hello everyone, its good to be here and it's another edition of Contest alert!! HWC contest #161 Week 15: "Let's do some creativity" which was sponsored by @jyoti-thelight, a very big thank you to her for this opportunity and today I shall be doing an art as my entry Stay tuned. Art, in its most powerful form, is not just what we see but what it compels us to feel. In the drawing I created I aimed to challenge the boundaries of perception and emotion. The drawing portrays a human face peering through a torn section of paper, as if trapped beneath its surface. And now I will be dropping my entry below.
drawing materials
• pencil
• A4 paper
• eraser
• sharpener
• black pen
Drawing process
step 1
My drawing began with I inserting my username at the upper part of my A4 paper, then I started with a rough outline, sketching the edges first.
step 2
Next I drew the hand of the man close to the edge of the ripped part and I also drew his nose.
step 3
Next I began to the eye and the eyebrows of the man
step 4
Next I then succeeded in completing the half part of his face, including drawing his hair and beard.
step 5
In this step, I then used my pencil to add some colour to the face of the man, and then I started to outline my drawing.
step 5
Finally I then finished outlining my work and then I made it look more bold and visible.
Below is my final result and a selfie with I and my drawing.
In the end, this piece is not just a drawing — it’s a dialogue. Between the seen and the unseen. Between fear and courage. Between who we are and who we pretend to be. And I believe that is the truest purpose of creativity — to make the invisible visible. Art doesn’t always need color to speak. Sometimes, all it needs is a pencil and the courage to reveal what lies beneath the surface.
I extend an invitation to @tammanna, @jasimuddin0 and @shawlin.
