"Let's do some creativity- WEEK 6 (A beautiful thirsty bird )".

Greetings to all members of this prestigious community and to you whose time is spent to read this post. I'm gladly welcome you all to my blog today.

Creative Art is one of the skill l acquired right from my youth and I still cherish it so much that l enjoy doing it at my leisure although it requires meditation, hard work, brainstorming, dedication and willingness to bring out what is in my mind.

In this week contest, I choose drawing. I want to draw a thirsty bird 🐦 who suddenly fine a bucket of clean water and a running tap.

In hot and dry environment, birds drinks water to quench taste like human, they bath as well which helps in maintaining their feather and regulations of their body temperature. Sufficient intake of water helps in proper digestion of their food especially fruit.

The Process of Drawing

Step 1: I started by drawing the thirsty bird 🐦, as shown in the picture... the head, the beak, neck, tail, feathers, body and wings, making it a whole bird.

Step 2: I continued the drawing by putting a water tap and a bucket 🪣 that the bird stood on.

Step:3 At the down part, I drew stones around the tap stand and the bucket for water adsorption.

Step 4: I made a sketch of different flowers, just to beautify the environment. From the picture, it is obvious that I successfully made a sketch of my thirsty bird that fortunately saw a water tap and bucket of water.

Step 5: I started adding different colours to my drawing. Since I draw bird first, I also coloured it first to looks like a real bird.

Step 6: l used green, red, light yellow and lemon colour to colour the flowers, water tap and bucket.

Step 7: I added another flowers 🌹 on both sides and also coloured the stone and the down part of the drawing making it more beautiful.

Step 8: I checked and matches all colours. Finally I wrote my username and date on top. This is where my drawing stop.

Step 9: Here is my beautiful selfie with my art work.

Drawing is one of the best art as the topic of this contest entails. Using pencil to create a drawing is always very beautiful and captivating. l enjoy participating in this contest because it will help me to learn more in creativity and perfect my drawing skills.
