Greetings to all steemians. Hope you all are doing well. Today, I am participating in an amazing contest hosted in Hindwhale community by an elegant lady @jyoti-thelight. I values this contest because it helps me to sit back and evaluate what I consumed in a particular day. Please follow through as I share my food diary game with you.

Morning

I woke up very late this morning and rushly prepared to catch up with my child school. Normally, I should be up from bed by 5:00am but today I overslept till 6:02am. I quickly her and drop her off. Returning home, I was extremely hungry, I had no option than to prepare Red oil Rice recipe with boil Egg.

Rice is one of the meals cherished in all occasions, in short it is meal king of occasion in my environment and we consume it on a regular basis.

In case you feel like preparing the same Local Rice, my ingredients where:.Rice, fish, egg, stock cube, Fresh tomatoes, Salt,oil, pepper, crayfish, onion, Ginger and Garlic.

Rice is carbohydrates, Egg is protein, other things contains vitamin and mineral. I see this meal as a complete meal in the right proportion.

Afternoon

My afternoon was clear bright, I work on my veranda, watered our beautiful flowers and Aloe Vera, along the lines, I set my eye on a pawpaw tree, look and behold one of it was ripe, I use a stick plunge it down. I peel it and enjoy it.

Taking fruit at least once a day improve human health and well being. Pawpaw is essential fruit that helps in proper digestion of food and promote good sleep.

Thereafter, I prepare afternoon meal for my children and my siblings who intended to visit us . The below meal is okra mixed with melon. This is one of the fastest soup because it has very few steps to complete it.

Okra has lost a nutritious benefits, it boosts fertility, contains calcium, potassium and is also Rich in fibre, vitamin and minerals.

Snacks

My siblings brought the below snack,l was craving for this biscuit but luckily for me they bring them. It is one of my daughter favorite biscuit.We enjoyed it with greatful Heart.
