"Let's do some creativity- WEEK 15 (Wall Decoration And Key Hook) ".
Materials For Construction
- Waste Carton
- Pencil
- Eraser
- Sharpener
- Rule
- Acrylic colour
- Scissors
- Paper cutter
- Brushes
- Evostic gum
- Strong adhesive (Super glue)
- Gravel Stones
- Hook
- Hammer
Step 1
I began my construction by measuring and cutting the background of the wall decoration. The background measures 16.5cm wide by 33cm high.
Step 2
In the background, I drew a staircase, the door and the window of down flour and lastly, the window of the up-flour.
Step 3
I construct the up flour. The flour measures 13cm wide, 9.5cm high and the width is 3cm. I cut cartons in these dimensions and gum them with the help of evostik gum.
Step 4
I formed the staircase. The staircase is 9cm wide. So, I cut cartons according to the drawing on the background and then gummed them one after the other to form the staircase.
Step 5
I measure and cut cartons to be 1cm wide and have them gummed around the window and the door that I drew in the background.
Step 6
I construct Protectors around the staircase using a carton. The protectors are 4cm high and each bar is 1cm wide. After the measurement and cutting, I gummed everything using Evostik gum and Strong adhesive.
Step 7
I constructed the base or foundation of the Wall decoration. The base is 3cm high, 16.5cm in length and the width is 11.5cm. I measured and cut the cartons and then gummed them accordingly. I also fixed the key hook and closed the base. Lastly, I gummed a 1 cm-long carton at the edges of the background.
Step 8
Here, I constructed the windows of the up-flour. I first cut and gummed a 1cm carton around the up-flour. I also cut and gummed a 1cm carton around the window and then gummed a 0.5cm carton on the 1cm carton surrounding the widows.
Step 9
I constructed the roof of the wall decoration. The roof measures 16.8cm and 10cm high. I formed the roof with the help of Evostik gum and then mounted it on the construction.
Step 10
Here, I painted the entire construction, aside from the doors and window, using a brown colour. I got the colour by mixing red and black colours together.
Step 11
I coloured the door and windows of the down flour and up flour using a milk (pale yellow) colour. This colour is obtained by mixing yellow and white colour.
Step 12
I break gravel stones into smaller pieces using a hammer.
Step 13
I pasted or gummed the gravel on the wall using both Evostik gum and strong adhesive and finally, I used a light brown colour for the flour and staircase.
