Steem Power Up

I follow club5050 on Steemit. Today 21 May 2025, I transfer half of my Steem from my steemit wallet, and I decided to power up the rest half. I will explain the full power up process step by step.

To power up Steem, first I log into my Steemit account. After that I click on my profile picture and go to the Wallet option.

	Fill-up the username & password

When the wallet open, I click the three-line menu at the top right corner and choose Sign in. Then I enter my steemit username and posting key to sign into my Steemit Wallet.

Here is steem & steem power

After sign in, we can see that I have 142.959 Steem in my wallet, and 4139.635 Steem as Steem Power.

	Click the down arrow & then click power up

Now I will power up the 142.959 Steem. For this, I click the small down arrow next to the Steem. Totals five options appears then i choose the Power Up option.

After clicking Power Up, a new page pops up with the title Convert to Steem Power. In the amount box, I enter the full balance 142.959 Steem. Then I click the "Power Up" button. A confirmation box appears with “Transfer to Vesting”, and I click OK. Then i sign in to confirm the power up.

	I have done my power up

After this, you’ll see my Steem balance is now 0.000 , and my Steem Power has increased to 4282.595 Steem.

Powering up Steem is very important on the Steemit platform. It makes our account stronger and helps us follow the club5050 rule. So, we should all power up properly and keep following the club rules. That’s all for today. See you again in the next Power Up contest.
