Weekly Diary game | Week 17 of 2025 | Bad days of hostel life, dining closed so you have to cook your own food.
Assalamu Alaikum friends,
Friday means a holiday and waking up late in the morning in the life of a bachelor student. Today I will also wake up late. I woke up in the morning, brushed my teeth and freshened up. Everyone in our flat was quite angry when I heard that my mother-in-law would not come to visit me today. I will have to cook myself on Friday and then have to go back to the kitchen. I boiled an egg in the morning and ate it.
Today I have to sweep my room and also clean my corridor. I cleaned the dirt. We have to cook for lunch. Many people in our flat are still sleeping at 11.30 am.
I called everyone up and brought them to the kitchen because I had to cook. We will have khichuri for lunch today, this will be easy for us to cook. We bought some pulses, eggs, other ingredients and chopped them up and got them ready. We put everything in the right quantity and put them in the rice cooker and let it cook.
We took a bath and were coming to the mosque for prayers. The sermon was going on in the mosque. I was sitting at the back. I was very late today. We returned after finishing the prayers.
We haven't cooked yet, it seems the rice cooker coil is not giving enough heat. We put the khichdi on the gas stove for quick cooking. It will cook quickly here. It is cooked in 20 minutes, now we have to fry the eggs and cut the salad. We all sat down together and had lunch. It wasn't too bad, it was edible and tasted good when we were hungry.
We have the same thought for tonight. Tonight we plan to eat duck meat. The cooking will be very spicy at night. We like cooking with extra oil and spices. The cooking will be very spicy at night. It was 12 midnight when we finished cooking and we all sat down and ate dinner together.

And the cooking you prepared on the holiday was really nice. I am also a bachelor. And when I am in a mess and on the day I do not cook. On that day I also have to cook myself.
