Iron Deficiency

Iron deficiency is the major cause for anemia too. We have completely eliminated to include iron in our diet, so I will suggest some of the common food which would help producing iron, hemoglobin and folic acid.

First one is Honey. Start your day with a glass of lukewarm water of lemon juice and Honey.

01. Honey

Honey is an excellent source of iron, copper and manganese,

02. Lemon

Citrus fruits like oranges, lemon and sweet Lime contain Vitamin C.

Vitamin C helps increase the absorption of non-heme iron (found in plant-based foods) by converting it into a more soluble form.

Vitamin C can enhance iron absorption by up to 80%.

By neutralizing free radicals, vitamin C helps protect iron from oxidation, making it more available for absorption.

Vitamin C helps recycle iron from damaged red blood cells, making it available for new red blood cell production.

Second Dates are abundant in iron, calcium, potassium, zinc. Dates are even rich in magnesium and folates. They even have vitamin A and vitamin K and lots of other vitamins.
