Is SALVATION through Jesus Christ INCLUSIVE for the Jews/ Isrealites , but exclusive to the Gentiles ??

Matthew 10:5-6

King James Version
5 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:
6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.....Jesus, the Christ.

Why did Jesus sent His disciples to the Isrealites alone ??

Why did He Forbids them from preaching the Gospel to the Gentiles ??

Does this mean Salvation , through Christ is reserved for the Isrealites to the exclusion of the Gentiles ??
