I often use WEISSMEHL flour; it is a white flour with very good results when used in pastry making. It contains 3.2 grams of fibre, 0.01 grams of protein and 0.01 grams of salt per 100 grams of WEISSMEHL flour.

Knowing that it has a lot of calories with little nutritional value, I add nutrient-rich ingredients with nuts and fibre when using it. For frying, I use nutrient-rich oils like coconut or olive oil. Doing this makes me get the fine finishing of white flour and the nutritional value from the added ingredients.

  • Cut the onions into rings.
  • Sieve out the flour to remove dirt and add air.

  • Crack open the eggs.
  • Separating the white from the yolk.

  • I created a hole in the middle of the flour.
  • Add Papper, salt and suger.
  • Mix well with the whisk.

  • I Mix well and add water when necessary
  • I aimed at getting a creamy consistency

  • I added my onions and mixed them well.
  • letting it rest, I went for the egg white.

  • Use an electric-powered whisk.
  • I whisked by hand and it was sapping.

  • Add whisked egg whites to the pancake batter.
  • Gently mix and don't whisk
  • The egg whites should be visible

  • Your pancake batter is ready.
  • Now lighting oil a nonstick pan.
  • Adjust to medium-low heat

  • Scoop in the batter
  • Spread it gently from one spot.
  • Cover and let it cook for 5 minutes.

  • It should be easy to flip it to the other side

A smaller cake on the big one makes a good presentation with some date fruits, round cut onions and some garnishing leaves.

This flour has less nutritional value besides the calories it has in excess. It has to be used with other nutrient-rich ingredients.
This type of flour is known for making fine cakes, bread, pancakes and other pastry. It is also good for people who are new in the world of making pastry.

At what time of day do you think it is best to consume this type of preparation. Explain your answer.

It is good to eat this my white flour pancake as part of your dinner.

Eating food with less fibre as dinner will result in less stressful sleep, promoting peaceful sleep; this is because food with less fibre moves smoothly through the belly.
Food with less fibre takes away the need to visit the toilet often promoting restful sleep

Of the 6 classes worked on in this course, which one has been your favorite?

Making salad with the nuts one what called me to this contest. I really love making such natural foods that are loaded with vitamins and minerals.

What topics would you like us to develop in the next healthy cooking classes?

I would love us to go to the salad area and dig a little more into it. The types of salad in different parts of the world.
