I often use WEISSMEHL flour; it is a white flour with very good results when used in pastry making. It contains 3.2 grams of fibre, 0.01 grams of protein and 0.01 grams of salt per 100 grams of WEISSMEHL flour.
Knowing that it has a lot of calories with little nutritional value, I add nutrient-rich ingredients with nuts and fibre when using it. For frying, I use nutrient-rich oils like coconut or olive oil. Doing this makes me get the fine finishing of white flour and the nutritional value from the added ingredients.

Get the ingredients ready |

- Cut the onions into rings.
- Sieve out the flour to remove dirt and add air.
- Crack open the eggs.
- Separating the white from the yolk.
- I created a hole in the middle of the flour.
- Add Papper, salt and suger.
- Mix well with the whisk.
- I Mix well and add water when necessary
- I aimed at getting a creamy consistency
- I added my onions and mixed them well.
- letting it rest, I went for the egg white.
- Use an electric-powered whisk.
- I whisked by hand and it was sapping.
- Add whisked egg whites to the pancake batter.
- Gently mix and don't whisk
- The egg whites should be visible
- Your pancake batter is ready.
- Now lighting oil a nonstick pan.
- Adjust to medium-low heat
- Scoop in the batter
- Spread it gently from one spot.
- Cover and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- It should be easy to flip it to the other side
- cook for another 5 minutes
- Make a smaller size cake
A smaller cake on the big one makes a good presentation with some date fruits, round cut onions and some garnishing leaves.
