Today I wanted to write my thoughts for this interesting contest running by @abdullahw2 if you want to learn more here is the link:

On different stages of my life I had different amount of sleep that I needed to feel fit and concentrated. When I was a child I loved to sleep longer and usually woke up on weekend at 10AM, of course I then went to bed later too. So altogether I needed about 12 hours of sleep.
Nowadays I feel that I do not need too many hours and I woke up at 7AM and go to bed at 11PM, so it is then 8 hours and I have enough to be able to feel fit and well.
It just depends on how was my day and how it will be the following day. I often watch some news before going to bed including the weather forecast. No computers as I usually finish that couple of hours before. I usually put my phone on charger and as well as my laptop. Of course, I need to brush my teeth and use some cream for face and hands.
I have no problem with light, I can sleep even if it is light in corridor and light through the window. When I sleep and it is noise I often wake up but once I know what was the source of the noise and if it is okay and no danger I usually fall asleep again. Music does not bother me much, so if neighbour have party that is also fine I can sleep without problem.
There are some negative impact of not having enough sleep, what I experience are:
I am tired and falling asleep, once I had to drive and while driving I noticed such called “second sleep” luckily I woke up in time and everything was fine but I got real fright.
I can not concentrate on the lecture or topic but also if I need to present something I feel that I make some mistakes.
The positive impact of having good sleep, I feel relaxed and in a good mood. I also can concentrate easily on subject during my lecture and also I feel that I can solve the problem easily.
I am inviting following users for contest: @rumanaafroz, @monz122, @uzma4882
