Contest: My Favourite Drink in Summer

I love hot summer, just because we can do a lot of work outside and also to enjoy activities. As children we often played outside and I remember got very thirsty. One of the most favourite drinks for me was and still remain cold coca-cola with ice cubes. When you open it in hot summer day and the glass is on table, it starts to sweat, the drink should have a lot of carbohydrate gas only then it feels so prickly in the mouth. I actually can often just drink and do not need to eat.
I do not know if anyone can create coca cola at home, people say that there is a secret recipe that is safely saved and nobody knows that. Even it is said that Pepsi cola and Coca cola are taste a bit different but for me both of them taste good and also taste great. Actually I saw different version of coke in many different supermarkets but it was still even not close to taste of original drink. So for me only original is the best.
Actually there is not many health benefits and often we are told by both our parents and also teachers. The reason is there is caffeine and that sometimes can make people very energetic and hyperactive, that is in some children not good. If anyone drink coke in the evening late, then people might have problem with sleeping. Often if children forget to brush their teeth after coke then that can still remain between teeth and colour teeth in such yellow colour but also it might cause decay for teeth. On other hand when someone is ill, like having viral infection or gastroenteritis and not able to eat for couple of days, there is no appetite, then such drink like coke is good for small and quick energy, because it has sugar in it.
I definitely will recommend it to others, the same time I would advise not to take in excess and also not when you have had a good lunch, because of the calories. Also I probably will not advise for young children but only after they reach 14-15 years.
