Hello my dear Steemians,

What is your favourite fruit and why do you like it?

 

There are many fruits that I really love and can sometimes eat without eating the main meal of a day, just to have fruit day. Everything depends on how my day will be.

If it is a busy day and I have to do a lot of work like writing a project, travelling between one city to another or preparing to the test, then grapes and banana are my favourite fruits. The reasons are:

  • banana has more energy and you feel full easily and for few hours just when you eat one banana.
  • also it is easy just drop one banana in your bag, that does not require anything else
  • banana is rich in glucose and potassium both important for muscles and brain

As to grapes:

  • they are juicy and rich in carbohydrates

 

WIs fruits are a part of your diet or do you consume them often? Tell us the reasons

 

For me fruits are snacks, normally I always take one of the fruit with me. It is always depend on what I have at home. Usually I always have some apples, they are usually a bit hard so I leave them to lie and get a bit softer. When I am to leave home, I just grab apple and drop in my bag.

Banana I may have but often they are already eaten, because in general I love them very much and eat at least two a day.

Often I may have grapes, like I still have them today, I remember that when I was a child and was off sick, my favourite food that I can only eat was grapes and that is what my mother always bought for me.

 

Have you ever experienced any health benefits from regularly consuming fruits?

When I have my fruits then I feel light and full of energy. I believe fruits do not lie long in stomach so if after normal meal you feel full and want to relax and feel sleepy, then after eating fruits I fill ready to do any tasks mental and physical.

Clementines are also my favourite fruits, they are very juicy and have a lot of Vitamin C and of course fructose that is natural sugar. They also always remind me Christmas time because when we were children we always had them among our presents.

 

Do you liked fruit based desserts, drinks and shakes? If yes then tell us about them

I like to make a fruit puree from apples and banana, the reason is only because sometimes apples can be quite hard and while making a puree and adding banana that makes very delicious desert.

Also I love vegetables and among them tomatoes and red pepper are my favourite, I often just do some salads from both of them when I am at home. Sometimes I take red pepper cut in small pieces and take it as snacks.
