What do you understand by balanced diet?

 

Our body needs a lot of different type of food and nutritional element for healthy body. We know that without important proteins the body will not be able to carry out our daily tasks. It is not only physical but also our brain need food that is used as an energy for our brain activities.

That means balanced diet include, protein rich food, we need some fat and carbohydrates. On the top of that we need electrolytes like Potassium and Sodium, trace elements, many different minerals and Vitamins. Therefore, the food that we prepare every day should have vegetables too.

 

Effects of diet on overall health

 

If there is not enough Vitamin B group that might affect our nervous system, causes, rumness of feet and hands, slowly it might affect nerves but also our brain, we because tired and not able to concentrate on simple tasks, our memory could be affected too. We will have unstable gate too.

Without healthy balanced food all the body will suffer, in children the growth and their development. Also we are seeing nowadays that children eat more sweet stuff but also fast food through delivery services, that is causing overweight which is very bad in young people, that is basis of developing all chronic diseases on background overweight, like hypertension, diabetes, arthritis.

 

What diet do you prefer for your health care?and why?

 

I always add vegetables to my main meal, but also I prefer to cook myself because then I know what ingredients I am adding and how healthy they are. I prefer using oven for cooking, but also to prepare some soups that are rich in many things like protein, fat and carbs.

 

Any diet suggestion on your experience that makes healthy

 

For me, I reduced my meal sizes and also avoiding snacking between meals. No alcohol consume. Food prepared by myself and always fresh vegetables in them and sometimes I replace the whole meal with vegetables, made of different type of them, adding nuts and eggs. Of course, plenty of drining.
