At the same time, I am presenting my contest post with my dear friends.

Why is staying hydrated more important in summer than in other seasons?

By staying hydrated, we mean giving our body water according to the amount of water we lose from our body. In this case, during the summer, more water is lost from our body than at other times due to the intensity of the heat and in this case, our body becomes dehydrated, which is why we need to stay hydrated. During the summer, we get short of breath and our body starts sweating.

In this case, due to sweating, more water is lost from the body than at other times, so it becomes important to give our body that same amount of water, which is very important for maintaining our physical health. For this reason, since more water is lost from our body during the seasonal summer, it is very important for us to stay hydrated at this time.

How much water do I try to drink each day in the summer? Do I follow any routine?

In this hot summer, I try to drink about 2 liters of water daily, which is necessary for my healthy body. I think it is important for an adult to drink eight glasses or two liters of water daily, which keeps our body hydrated. Drinking less water in this hot summer can cause us to suffer from various diseases because water is very important for the structure of the human body. In this case, I drink 2 glasses in the morning, 2 glasses at noon, 2 glasses in the afternoon, and 2 glasses at night, for a total of 2 liters or more of water.

What are my favorite hydrating foods, drinks, or beverages in hot weather?

Some of the hydrating foods for my body in the hot weather include fruits and vegetables. Fruits include watermelon, cucumber, mango, orange, etc., which I like to eat during the hot weather. Apart from being hydrating, all these fruits also contain essential vitamins which are very beneficial for my body. Moreover, I eat several vegetables which help in maintaining the hydration of my body. On the other hand, in this hot weather, I like to eat chia seeds soaked in water as a nutritious snack, which not only maintains the necessary nutrients in my body but also keeps my body hydrated.

How does dehydration affect our body? And how to overcome the situation?

Dehydration causes our skin to become dry and even red, which indicates that our skin is not healthy at all. Due to this, our mouth cannot produce enough saliva, which leads to the growth of bacteria in the mouth and causes bad breath. Dehydration weakens our body and prevents us from carrying out our normal life. Dehydration causes excessive sweating, which causes water deficiency in our body. Also, people can even have a stroke due to the effects of dehydration.

To deal with such a harmful situation like dehydration, we first need to reduce mental stress. Because mental stress during summer is very harmful for our body. We also need to drink enough water and take some rest during this time. In order to avoid the problem of dehydration, we must keep the food list correct and in this case, we must eat more nutritious and hydrating foods. We need to drink necessary drinks like hot milk, fruit juice, glucose etc.
