I like the content of the health related contest so much that I am interested to participate in this contest and now I am presenting my post on the theme of the contest.

What is the healthiest food for me?

Food that is good for our body is healthy food. Vitamins, fats, sugars, fats, mineral salts, water are the six food elements that are very necessary for our body and all the above six elements are available which are healthy food or balanced food. A healthy diet is a diet that maintains or improves overall health and healthy diet provides essential nutrients such as fluids, proteins, vitamins and adequate fiber and dietary energy. These nutritious foods enhance the human body's ability to grow and fight disease so that people can stay healthy.

But if I list the healthy foods now, then in the list of healthy foods I will put rice, green vegetables, fish, eggs, milk, different types of green fruits, pulses, nuts, meat etc food which will benefit our body if consumed in quantity and these are Nutritious food which is essential for human body.

How much fruit and vegetables do I eat?

Fruits and vegetables are my favorite and I keep these two foods in my daily diet. For various benefits I eat vegetables in my diet morning, noon and night and I eat any fruit in my morning diet which is very beneficial for my body. Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins and vegetables contain carotene, vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin B. Vegetables are a rich source of several minerals like potassium, calcium and magnesium and green vegetables are rich in magnesium which helps relax the heart muscle and even improves heart function.

On the other hand, eating different types of fruits keeps the blood sugar level under control, keeps the heart healthy, removes toxins from the body, removes acids from the body, increases performance, increases immunity and keeps body weight under control. Because of these various benefits, I always include vegetables and fruits in my diet.

How do I take care of myself without eating too much sugar and salt?

Eating too much sugar or salt is harmful to the body. Because eating too much sugary sweets is more likely to lead to diabetes and also eating too much salt can lead to high blood pressure, stomach cancer, obesity and even asthma which we all know more or less. Eating too much salt in food can cause heart and kidney problems, and eating too much salt can increase health risks and cause serious brain damage.

So sugar and salt these two foods I eat relatively less. Here I eat honey most of the time instead of sugar and I always avoid eating raw salt with food. Basically I refrain from eating too much salt and sugar for health consciousness that is good for my health.

Do I eat almost any junk food?

To be honest I eat mostly junk food which I quite like. But I eat less of these unhealthy foods. I eat junk food very little or every few days because of the health risks. I sometimes prepare and eat fast food at my home, including burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, etc. Although I rarely eat such junk food, I make it at home at least once a week. Also sometimes when going out to eat junk food from a restaurant. In this case I eat less junk food than other foods.
